It includes a 2020 Gravely ZX 52 zero turn mower with a Kawasaki FX 4 stroke, air-cooled v-twin gasoline engine, 22 HP, Fuel Capacity is 5.0 Gallons, Ground Speed is 8.5/4 MPH. Cutting Heights range between 1.5″ – 5″ with a total of 15 cutting positions. The mower is like new and has only been used 27.2 hours. The mower has a high-back seat with more cushion and comfort, a fabricated 10-gauge deck with a 5.5 reinforced leading edge, constant belt tension system (CBT) which minimizes wear and heat, AAN automotive style frame that improves stability while mowing on hillsides, improved suspension forks that absorb big impacts and heavy-duty 3200 transaxles that can handle higher speeds that are also commercial-grade and serviceable to last a longer life-time. It also comes with an Echo Pro Attachment Series Gas Weed Eater with trimmer and edger attachment heads (you get everything shown in pics, all attachment heads and weed eater). This is an Aftermarket non-OEM Spindle & Pulley kit to fit many of the Great Dane Lawnmowers. The pulley included with this kit is for use with a 61 mower deck. This kit includes the spindle housing, two bearings, spindle shaft, blade bolt, shaft nut, shaft washer, spindle drive pulley, and the pulley spacer. I bought it new from local Toro dealership back in 2008. It has a Kohler CV18 18HP engine that is strong and powerful, and now has about 720 hours on it since new. I mow my 3-acre property about 4 times a month during summer and fall leave collection, and it has been gently used and well maintained in tip-top condition. All original manual included. It was serviced last year by the Toro dealer with a new wheel motor and the original rebuilt wheel motor is also included. All blade spindles are solid and greased regularly, and it was just mounted with a new set of mulching blades along with updated K&N air filter with mounting plate for better horse power. The original Kohler filter/housing is also included. It just had engine oil and hydro fluid changed, 3 new mulching blades, new mower belt, and a new hydro pump belt spring from August. It currently has a heavy duty mud tire on it as we have a very wet yard. A pair of Carlisle mower tires are included in the sale. A 5×8 ft convenient tilting trailer is also available for sale. This mower is as it should be. No issues, except for cosmetic paint chipping due to normal usage, and a limb scar on the left back fender. Always kept sheltered when not in use, and was never abused. I have taken pictures throughout the machine so you can see the condition of all the working parts throughout the engine and hydro transmission. Mower has been serviced as it should be throughout it’s history. Engine is as strong as a new one. I have just replaced several seals in the transmission where there was oil present. The mower deck is the heavy duty PRO 60 which is considerably beefier than the other 60 inch deck that usually came with this unit. As mentioned above, this machine was greased and maintained regularly for the years it gave me service. A dear friend of mine bought the mower new from a kubota dealership when they were going out of business in the earlier 2000′s for his large yard. 1 1/2 months later he was relocated, and didn’t need this large a mower anymore. He had commented many times in that time frame how he really liked the unit. Anyway, he asked me if I would be interested in it since I had an older Dixie Chopper that was beginning to act up with the gas motor. It was only two months old when he brought it over. I said yes, and have owned it ever since. There is around 2600 hours on the meter, but most of the parts that take wear have been replaced within the last 1000 hours. There was a brand new oem motor put in it within the last 750 hrs. Gasoline being put in by mistake with the original motor. There are no stress fractures on the unit at all. Thank you for looking!
