Great running HR5111 for parts or to fix. Has Kubota 4 cylinder diesel engine The Good: absolutely perfect Kubota V2203 engine, runs great, no smoke, no blow-by, doesn’t use oil, starts right up even in cold temperatures. Engine was replaced approximately 200 hours ago with a Kubota certified used engine. All 4 wheel drive components work, good front differential with good working Diff. Lock, rear drive motors in good working condition, 5 of the 7 deck motors in good working order, 1 other works good but does leak fluid. Good radiator and starting/charging system. All deck hydraulic cylinders good. All steering components in good working order. All 4 good, nearly new tractor type tires. Front deck and right side deck in good condition. The bad: main hydraulic pump has a severe leak. Fluid pours out of the input shaft going into the main pump, it was too costly to have the pump rebuilt on an older machine such as this one. Mower still runs and operates when full on hydraulic oil, but it was costing me a 5 gallon bucket of oil to my my lawn (approximately 10 acres). One deck motor is totally shot, guts came out while in use, housing cracked and no longer holds snap ring in. 1 other deck motor still works, but does leak. Left side deck in usable condition, but rough. Unknown hours, meter hasn’t worked in years. I mowed with this machine up until last September when I parked it.
