When I got home the left side belt shield was.. When I got home the left side belt shield was missing. I’m not sure if it was in when I bought it or it wasn’t secure and blew off when I was driving home. However, the mower is great! I bought one of these about 3 weeks ago and still learning how to drive it. It’s very smooth and comfortable. Once I get used to a zero turn, I’m sure I will be able to cut faster. The quality is A-1. My wife doesn’t like it because I mowed down her flowers, sideswiped the house and her car, took out the A/C unit and went thru the fence but I’m getting better now. High range is faster than I want to mow my tight spaces, but covers my acre twice as fast as my John Deere tractor mower. Only down side is its hillside performance, but it is not rated for hill mowing and it really does well enough. Just loses a bit of control when sidehilling. Climbs hills that my JD made me think would tip over. Overall a great mower with plenty of power and speed. It is now 4 weeks after I received the equipment and still have not received the replacement piece from Toro although it is being provided to me at no cost as it should! I can understand how things are not normal right now but it is a little inconvenient having to pay more attention to cleaning this area after each use to prevent dirt and debris from impacting the belt lifetime.
