The unit has been serviced with an oil change, new oil filter, and new air filter. The deck has a new belt, new bearings in one spindle, and new belt guard. The blades are in good. And have been sharpened. This machine also has a brand new water. Very smooth running machine and quiet. Please see pictures for exact condition. Picture is of actual item.
