This post is for a 2009 Gravely Compact Pro 48Z Zero Turn Mower. It is a commercial version that has been used ONLY in residential applications (my lot), and would be great for a lawn care company or a regular Joe who just wants a beefy machine for their own yard like I do! I love this thing, but we recently moved to a much larger parcel and I’ve been offered a good deal on a larger machine. This zero turn has only 557 hours on it (as you can see in the photo) and is in great shape. Be VERY wary of other sellers who don’t disclose the hours. 557 hours — in the words of the dealer we bought from — is a baby. Again, this is a COMMERCIAL zero turn, but wasn’t beat to hell in some commercial setting. I maintained it regularly, and it has ALWAYS been stored in a bone-dry garage. It is due for its annual tune-up — I do that each Spring — but I have ALL the parts it uses and will include them filters, belts, etc. It has newer ignition coils, mulching blades, battery, Gravely’s mulching kit, Gravely’s towing attachment, and will come with tons of extra filters, belts, etc. (not just for the ones for this season). In other words, this is a well taken care of machine. I change almost all of those parts EACH Spring including the blades… I don’t resharpen them!
